Is this a full phlebotomy qualification?
No. PhlebMastery teaches the theory of phlebotomy aligned to WHO Best Practices. It is not a regulated clinical qualification on its own and does not certify you to draw blood from patients. It is a credible, verifiable record of the theoretical knowledge underpinning the practice.
Will employers accept this certificate?
Acceptance varies by employer, country, and role. Many employers welcome a verifiable record of theoretical preparation. Others require a recognised vocational qualification before allowing venipuncture on patients — check what your target employer expects.
How long does the course take?
About five hours of focused reading across ten modules. You can take longer; we cap your access at six months from purchase to keep the window predictable.
What if I fail the assessment?
You can retake it. There is a cooldown between attempts so you have time to revise, and your per-module progress is preserved. The full retake rules are explained inside the course before you begin.
How does the localised pricing work?
Prices are adjusted by purchasing power, so the course costs roughly the same in real terms whether you pay in pounds, takas, or rupees. Your local price is shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, refunds are reviewed case by case.
What happens after my 6 months expire?
Your certificate, if earned, is permanent and remains publicly verifiable. Course access — modules and quizzes — locks. You can re-purchase access if you want to study again.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Authentication runs through Supabase. Payment runs through LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the course. Full details are in our privacy policy.
