Is this a full phlebotomy qualification?
No. PhlebMastery teaches the theory of phlebotomy aligned to WHO Best Practices. It is not a regulated clinical qualification on its own and does not certify you to draw blood from patients. It is a credible, verifiable record of the theoretical knowledge underpinning the practice.
What kind of certificate is this exactly?
It is a self-assessed certificate of completion — educational-only. It records that you read the modules and passed the final assessment on our platform. It is not a professional accreditation, not a registered qualification with any UK regulator (including the Health and Care Professions Council, Skills for Health, or any awarding body), and not a substitute for hands-on clinical training. Employers and trainers may still value it as evidence of theoretical preparation — but the artefact itself is exactly what we describe here, nothing more.
Will employers accept this certificate?
Acceptance varies by employer, country, and role. Many employers welcome a verifiable record of theoretical preparation. Others require a recognised vocational qualification before allowing venepuncture on patients — check what your target employer expects.
How long does the course take?
About five hours of focused reading across ten modules. You can take longer — access doesn't time out.
What if I fail the assessment?
You can retake it. There is a cooldown between attempts so you have time to revise, and your per-module progress is preserved. The full retake rules are explained inside the course before you begin.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, refunds are reviewed case by case.
How long do I have access?
Your purchase grants full course access on the platform from the moment payment clears. Your certificate, once earned, is permanent and remains publicly verifiable regardless of account state.
Is my data safe?
