The mailbox is monitored on UK working days (Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays). We acknowledge within one working day and answer in full within seven working days. Most queries are answered the same day or the next.

If you are writing about a specific purchase, include the order ID from your receipt email — it lets us find the record without asking for it.

• Refund — sign in, go to /account/billing, and click Request refund. Inside the fourteen-day window, no email needed. Full policy at /refunds.
• Verify a certificate — paste the certificate ID at /verify. No account needed. Public-by-design.
• Delete your account — sign in, go to /dashboard/data, and choose erasure. Certificate-handling rules at /privacy#erasure.
• UK GDPR subject-access request — write to support@phlebotomy-course.com with the email address on your account. We respond within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR.
• Security report — email support@phlebotomy-course.com with the subject line beginning [SECURITY]. We will acknowledge within one working day and coordinate disclosure.

We are a paid theoretical course on phlebotomy. We are not a clinical service. We cannot:

• Diagnose, treat, or give clinical advice on any condition. If you have a clinical question, contact your GP, NHS 111 (in the UK), or the equivalent service in your country.
• Issue or recognise regulated qualifications. The PhlebMastery certificate is an educational completion record — see Terms of service for the full framing.
• Authorise or confirm anyone’s right to practise phlebotomy on real patients. Clinical practice requires supervised hands-on training under your professional body and your employer in your jurisdiction.
